NeoPoly® MD-1

NeoPoly® MD-1 is a general purpose mercaptan modified polychloroprene rubber having medium rate of crystallization and medium mooney. Raw rubber stability is also very good. NeoPoly®MD-1 is suitable for extrusion, moulding and calendering.

Applications:

  • Mouldings, antivibration pads, industrial rubber goods, spacer, bridge bearing pads, etc.
  • Tubing, hoses (cover), electrical wires and cables, extruded sponge, etc.
  • Calendared sheets, conveyor belts, coated fabrics.

Advantages:

  • Economical compounds with excellent physical properties.
  • Faster compounding saving electricity and manpower cost

Packing:

25 kgs packed in strippable bags.
