C-1 ( CARNAUBA WAX)
C-1 is an ester based treated Carnauba wax that is extracted from palm leaves. The composition of C-1 contains aliphatic esters, w-hydroxy esters and unsaturated alcohols. C-1 is a special purpose processing aid. It is used in the manufacture of FKM molded & extruded component. It has no effect on vulcanization. It is best suited for molding operations with automatic component removal.
Application
Various types of molded and extruded component i.e. gasket, o-rings, bush, seals, diaphragm, hoses, tubes, cords.

0.5 To 2Phr (Keep dosage to minimum as increased dosage leads to internal physical properties)
