VULCANIZING AGENT V-3
V-3 is Blocked polyamine type Vulcanizing agent has application in curing of Copolymer, Terpolymer Types of fluoroelastomers (FKM).

Compounding/Processing:
V-3 has better processing safety compared to V-1 and has some plasticizing effect. The vulcanizate properties are not as good as V-1. Satisfactory cure can be obtained by using roughly 3 Phr V-3 or a combination of 2 Phr V-3 and 0.5 to 1 Phr V-1. Both should be mixed on cool mill. V-3 & V-1 should be blended thoroughly with fillers before it is added to the polymer .This improves dispersion.

FKM & ACM rubber compounding.
Storage:
Keep container tightly closed in a cool and dry place (23°C)
Shelf Life:
After 24 months, retest before use
